The cleaning effect and efficiency are directly affects the production of subsequent proced-ure.Through the analysis of the relationship between biological properties,size and quality of argopecten irradias, we can find out the correlation of argopecten irradias related factors, and then provide a the oretical basis for the development of the key components of argopecten irradias cleaning device.The key components of argopecten irradias cleaning device was developed. It is using the brush roller type cleaning method and the brush roller consists of two rows. There is a variable clearance arrangement between the two rows, and it solve the problem that scallops on the brush roller speed too fast. The grouping differential method adopted by the two rows strengthen the cleaning effect.Based on the test results, after determine the cleaning solution, It is necessary to select cleaner brush roller brush wire material of key components of argopecten irradias, calculate and design the wire brush shape, make a simple test device, determine the distance of the brush roller roller core. And after experiment, it is necessary to improve the scheme according to the experimental results. Its cleaning effect is better, provides the technical support for the subsequent prototype production,and provides a practical guiding significance for the design of argopecten irradias follow-up processing equipment. At the same time, it can provide theoretical basis and scientific guidance for the development of the scallop processing machinery for the future.
