Oil and natural gas play an important role in the energy structure. China has vast waters and offshore oil and gas resources are very rich. The marine oil and gas reserves are much higher than those of onshore. In recent years, China has gone efforts to increase investment and exploitation of offshore oil and gas resources. As one of the important tools for offshore oil development, the structure safety and optimum economic performance of Jacket platform is cared for specially during the course design, usage, testing and maintenance. At present, the theory of system reliability has developed more and more mature and successfully applied in all kinds of fields. However, for the sake of fatigue accumulation, there must be some damage resulting to reliability decrease during the course of structure using. Therefore, it is very necessary to do research on the fatigure reliability of structure. In this paper, we have studied the fatigure life span and reliability for the offshore platform structure with ANSYS software combining with the environmental conditions of Bohai Bay. In this paper, the overall structure of the platform is built, and then the influence of the main parameters of the model is studied. At the same the pile nonlinear model is established and the influence of the axial and the lateral bearing capacity of the piles is analyzed. On the basis of the research above, the safe load on the platform structure were focused on. Meanwhile, we have studied fixed load, live load and environmental load parameters of the platform so as to study the whole platform. In addition, the structure of the platform was evaluated. The energy and the stress of the ship collision was studied.. Finally, the fatigue life of the platform was evaluated, and the fatigue life of the tube joints was satisfied with the engineering design requirements.
