Coal mine safety monitoring is the weakest link of coal mine safety production, mine safety has become a major problem affecting the coal industry production as well as social stability. Domestic and international practice shows that every accident has some signs when it happens, which most of them are observable and controllable, the implementation of major hazard prevention security monitoring is the effective way of early warning of major accidents.To protect the safety of coal production, not only need to improve employee safety awareness, strengthen safety management, but need to build coal mine safety monitoring system and network management systems, the formation of coal surface and underground reliable security early warning system is the safety information channel management decisions to achieve intrinsic safety.The issue stems from production practices were designed to develop meaning from coal mine safety monitoring system, the system function design and realization aspects. Through detailed analysis and business demand for coal mine safety analysis of each process, the coal mine safety monitoring system includes user management subsystem, data acquisition and storage subsystems, Page Setup subsystem, query subsystem, graphics and curve display subsystem, reports subsystem, real-time data display subsystem and dynamic graphics subsystems.By building B/S architecture model design of the coal mine safety monitoring system, B/S mode is the browser/server mode, mainly by browsers, Web servers, application servers, and database servers form. Client browser access via URL Web server, Web server requests the database server, and returns the results obtained in the form of HTML to the client browser. Monitors client browser can achieve for mine safety monitoring and control management. This system improves the efficiency of data processing. Using a variety of sensors, each monitoring point within the mine for data collection, the system can perform variety of security risks in the coal mine monitoring, timely warning, excluding accidents. Rational design of graphics processing enriched the content of the system graphic display, intuitive graphical interface design and image.
