The main aim of the disquisition is researching and improving the designs and operating conditions of JPCYJ series pumping unit product in Tangshan Hong Ye Group. Innovation of this paper is the control system can make ahead of impending failure of pre-judgment, to prevent accidents; when the pre-judgment was failed the control system can deal with failure, to prevent accidents from occurring which is called policy of "prevention first, combining prevention".First summarize the basic situation presented by JPCYJ. The "weight-type" balanced structure of JPCYJ can achieve accurate weight balance, the tower structure can achieve a long-stroke pumping, This pumping unit provide a good conditions for energy saving. Except the advantages, the paper also lists the problems of the pumping unit which maybe appear in the practical application, and later mainly make a series of issues around the problems. Later, through the theoretical analysis and description on the pumping efficiency, pumping machinery parts and pumping power Switched Reluctance Driver(SRD) respectively, the paper verified the reasonable and scientific of the PJCYJ series pumping system design. Then, in view of the actual operation for pumping problems such as the belt, broken rod, rod case of cards brake and so on in a depth discussion and analysis, and proposed solution as installing the touch switch and monitoring solutions of current, motor speed change.The design of the frame structure of pumping unit, we calculated by ANSYS, and make a analysis to the strength and security of tower, can propose the optimization results and suggestions for improvement.Finally, to make the system running smoothly, needs some corresponding adjustments for the front of the improved design. Increase the S7-200CPU224cnPLC of digital expansion module EM221 and analog expansion module EM231 to meet the information processing requests, and then write PLC Ladder.The results show that the improvement of this system is reasonable, after the pumping of the tower to improve the strength of mechanical structure, controls, power circuitry and software support, the pumping unit can be a reliable and stable operation, and achieve the desired requirements.
