| Most of the onshore oilfields in China have been in the middle and later stage of exploitation.The status of exploitation of the oil field in middle and later stages and stripper often encountered the large fluctuation range of oil production,and the pumping unit system commonly used is unable to draw a common change with oil production.That resulted in the frequently appeared "empty pumping" and "dissatisfaction",high energy consumption and low pumping unit system efficiency.This dissertation proposed an intelligent control system of pumping unit based on switched reluctance motor to improve the adaptability of pumping unit system condition and the oil production capacity.Such system is designed by analyzing the control system of pumping unit to decrease the energy consumption of the low permeability oil field.It aims to solve the problem of energy waste caused by the "empty pumping" and"dissatisfaction pumping”.Firstly,based on analyzing the working principle and control system of pumping unit and switch reluctance motor,the control circuit of the system is designed.The control circuit is composed with the current sampling circuit,speed detecting and regulating circuit,and the power supply voltage conversion circuit.Secondly,a full extraction current dynamic calibration(FECDC)method is proposed.The calibrated current can change with working condition of oil wells in real time.Then,a speed adjusting algorithm is proposed by referencing the FECDC.This algorithm is able to support the pumping unit with full extraction by adjusting speed of switched reluctance motor.The speed of motor is controlled via the current determined by the amount of the liquid out of the well.Finally,in experiment setup,the processor LPC1768,based on the ARM Cortex-M3,is configured via Keil μVision5 and ULINK2.The experimental environment is setting to perform further simulation tests.The simulation results show that the intelligent control system adjusts the motor speed by comparing the phase current of the motor and full extraction.Therefore,the pumping unit can achieve the best working conditions.Whilst,the efficiency of pumping unit is increased,and the purpose of energy saving is achieved. |
