Under the pressure of the global climate change and the development of low carbon economy, natural gas as a clean and efficient fuel, became the first fastest-growing primary energy in the world. As the main international gas consumption market demand is gradually vigorous, which speeding up the pace of the global natural gas utilization, China has entered the new stage of the main energy structure adjustment by gas. Shanghai is a very large city with big natural gas demands, wide range of users, and gas structure diversification. And SHLNG CO., LTD. as a main source of Shanghai natural gas market, need a real-time monitoring system to monitor liquefied natural gas reserves, in order to better cope with the problems of locally and around the gas panic during the gas peak, so that can guarantee the sustainable development of Shanghai’s economy and society.In this article,the program which researches and develops to be a most software integration system that can be applied to all range with no limitation, is based on the company’s current software running on the computer. It only involves the most software integration program system lack at present, and also does not involve any other security secret question, that is suitable for real time observation, timing monitoring and early warning.The article discusses the design and complementation of the real-time monitoring system by SHLNG CO., LTD. Based on the current requirements of software engineering developing process management; it discusses demand analysis, software design and programming, etc. The system function mainly includes the annual delivery plan management, shipping schedule management, daily report data to fill in and check, through the background database summary generation tank inventory forecast function, that can help SHLNG CO., LTD. grasps the terminal storage tank inventory, in order to achieve timely response to the temporary load demand and the purpose of emergency reserve requirements. The software uses the IOS platform, and the mysql database platform as the background. The system as a whole as part of the phone APP application software, because it is run on the IOS platform, which give the convenience to the user can be used in intelligent mobile phone, tablet computer general of the platform at the same time.
