Crude Oil Storage Tank Temperature Distribution And Real-time Monitoring And Alarming System

With the increase in state oil reserves, the number of oil tanks of oil depot was increasing constantly. Because of the uncertainty of crude oil market at home and abroad, storage time of crude oil in oil tanks became longer. Therefore the heat loss of crude oil was continuously and the temperature in oil tanks decreased. Once the temperature of oil tanks dropped to a certain degree, crude oil would be solidification. The consequences would be very serious. So real-time monitoring of oil tank temperature was very necessary.In this paper, the temperatures distribution of oil tank was studied, and the temperature detection system of oil tanks was designed. The real-time monitoring of oil temperature of storage process was realized. Specific solutions as follows: first of all, the temperature distribution of the oil tank on-site experimental research: that is, in one year, the temperature of oil tank, including the vertical distribution, horizontal distribution, import and export of temperature, ambient temperature and the tank wall temperature vertical distribution were continuous monitoring and recorded; through the analysis of these large amounts of data, the laws of temperature distribution and temperature drop were drawn. Secondly, according to the above the laws of temperature distribution and temperature drop, the scientific and reasonable real-time monitoring scheme for oil tank was determined and put into practice.
