In recent years, with the rapid development of marine economic, in suitable water areas, artificial island has been used as the first way to reclamation. Offshore artificial island construction will change the hydrodynamic conditions and scouring and silting, causing impact on the ecological environment of the bay. This paper takes Yingkou Baishawan artificial island construction as an example, according to hydrometeor, tidal, geology, wind conditions and other information in Baishawan, to study the impact of construction on hydrodynamic and scouring and silting environment through numerical simulation comparing change flow field.The results show there is a close correlation between the results from simulation model and fact observational data, the artificial island has an effect on flow field, so maximum velocity of change near the sea engineering is 0.19m per second. The effect will reduce with the reclamation distance increasing, and almost have no effect on the area out of 1900m.After the artificial island, the deposition area of the east side will slightly increase in Baishawan, the maximum deposition strength is only 2cm, no significant change in the state of erosion on the whole. The effects of artificial island on the tidal flat accretion-erosion mainly focus on reclamation around; it is associated with S shape of engineering area. Riprap construction period will have an impact on Dalian spotted seal national nature reserve marine environment about 5km. the area of Suspended solids concentration increasing 50mg/L or more is 0.3242km2, greatest impact range of suspended solids concentration more than 10mg/L due to overflow is about 1.87km2 in reclamation process. Thus it will have a great impact on phytoplankton, zooplankton, marine organism adult and larvae in the above range.Finally, combining the characteristics of the construction of artificial islands, the paper puts forward relevant marine environmental protection and pollution control strategies, and scientific planning, strengthen management to reduce impact on marine environment.
