Because the special curves on integral impeller and tool making contact with the part easily,3-axis CNC machine tool is hard to finish the workpiece accuracy, and automatic programming for 5-axis CNC machine tool is not easy. In this paper, according the integral impeller CNC machining, in-depth research of integral impleller UG modeling key technology, tool path design and post processing, will help to efficiency and integral impeller quality in 5-axis machining center.The specific contents are as follow: In terms of integral impeller CNC processing technology, according to the demand of the integral impeller accuracy, analysis of common processing technology, choose the rational parameters and cutters, improve the existing machining process, write machining process card. In terms of the part modeling, according to the overall structural of integral impeller, utilize UG for modeling, use NURBS mathematical trajectory and ruled surface technical mean, complete the hub and blade surface design in turn, eventually forming integral impeller modeling according rough part. In terms of the virtual manufacturing, based on the tool path calculation, determine the parameters of cutting tool, and complete the slotting machining, expansion manufacturing and finishing tool path. Based on UG, according to the cutting tool path, the calculation method of rear manufacturing, to rear the program, and output the CNC machining program for particular machine, form the workshop process document. |
