The development and using of mobile intelligent terminal has beyond the limits of the space, which provides a great convenience to the enterprise manager, supplying a new thought and direction to enterprise’s information construction. With the using of smart phones, the aim that underground persons and equipments could be tacked in all process, real-time, continually and accurately can be easily realized, which provides a better way to the mine managers who work outside the mine could conveniently use mobile terminal to supervise the condition under the mine at any time, such as the quantity, position of workers, warning information, statistics, etc. and then make the necessary and timely procession.This papers has been made a research on the development of underground mobile terminal APP for coal mine production site, which are main included following aspects:Firstly, according to the different characteristics whether 3G network signal is available or not under the mine, this paper provides the scheme of using blue tooth cloud network and the detailed realization method.Secondly, regarding to problems of gross of the map information and network transmission delay, the author made a research on offline map technology to cell phones, supplying a way to change mine construction CAD figure from shape file into map preliminary file, and then providing a technical manipulate plan for this kind of map preliminary file and supplying an effective way for actual application in the project development.Thirdly, regarding to the problems of no signal or deviation for the existing ZigBee and base station location, the author provides that with the using of recent NFC technology can find a workers’position and check their attendance, then making a study on NFC technology, designing a forgery prevention system of NFC card based on digital signature and designing a NFC program for workers’ attendance checking and positioning.Fourthly, in order to solve the problem of inoue positioning and different IP address underground and the automatic switch of IP address for the access to the server, the author proposes a DNS technical to solve this issue and with a wonderful effective in the actual application.Finally, in order to solve the problem of server stability, the author designs high-performance server architecture with the using of cloud computing technology.According to the performance in the coal mine site with the using of underground mobile terminal APP designed by this paper, the result of this paper plays an important role in the coal mine safety management.
