In recent years, tunnel construction in our country develop very fast, more and more tunnels will pass through the natural scenic area. Therefore, it is highly significant to strengthen the environmental effect evaluation on the surface of scenic area caused by tunnel construction.By now,there has been quite a lot of research on groundwater environmental negative effects evaluation in tunnel construction, but the research on the surface environmental effect evaluation is relatively less, and the research on the surface environmental effect evaluation for scenic area in tunnel construction is weaker.In view of this situation, Xueshangliang tunnel in Chuanzhu Temple-Huanglong road has been used as engineering background in this paper. By using the method of literature survey, field test and the theoretical analysis, research on surface environmental effect evaluation of the Huanglong scenic area caused by Xueshanliang tunnel construction has been carried on,to provide a reference for the environmental impact assessment of the similar tunnel engineering area.The main research contents are as follows:(1) Surface environmental effect factors of the scenic area caused by tunnel construction has been studied by literature survey and field survey.Relationship between tunnel construction and surface environmental effect factors of the scenic area has been discussed in six aspects:the effect of tunnel construction on the atmospheric environment of the scenic area, the effect on the land enviromnent of the scenic area. the effect on surface water environment of the scenic area, the effect on animal resources of the scenic area,the effect on plant resources of the scenic area.the effect on tourism resources of the scenic area.(2) A four-level evaluation index system has been established by using analytical method and referring to a lot of the previous research data,after understanding the relationship between tunnel construction and surface environmental effect factors of the scenic area,basing on the principle,and seeking the expert’s advice repeatedly.According to the complex characteristics of surface environmental effect evaluation of the scenic area caused by tunnel construction,the fuzzy-AHP comprehensive evaluation method has been choosed to evaluate.(3) In order to obtain the effect degree of surface environmental effect evaluation of the Huanglong scenic area caused by Xueshanliang tunnel construction,field tests have been conducted from three perspectives:the noise effect,the dust and harmful gas effect,the water quality effect of surface water.Among them,four variables(dust concentration, the cross section area,wind speed and time)has been used to estimate the amount of dust which has been discharged into atmosphere during a construction cycle. The degree of influence of construction dust on atmospheric environment has been obtained through comparing the amount of dust and the environmental capacity.(4) The surface environmental effect of the Huanglong scenic area caused by Xueshanliang tunnel construction has been evaluated by using the fuzzy-AHP comprehensive evaluation method,the evaluation grade is between "middle" and "strong", and is very close to the "middle" level. So the surface environmental effect degree of the Huanglong scenic area caused by Xueshanliang tunnel construction is modest.The surface environment has been disturbed to some extent, and ecosystem structure has changed slightly,but still maintain the basic function.In the subsequent construction of Xueshanliang tunnel, the construction organization should take the corresponding environmental protection measures, to reduce the negative effects on surface water environment, land environment and atmosphere environment that caused by tunnel construction. |
