This paper studies the wet treatment process for Jinchuan secondary copper concentrate smelting copper slag by self-heating furnace systems produced by pyrometallurgical smelting, in the wet process respectively Kaldor stove, self-heating furnace smelting slag carried out at atmospheric pressure, pressure leaching studies, the effects of liquid to solid ratio, extraction time, temperature, acid consumption and other factors on the nickel, copper leaching rate, according to atmospheric pressure, the pressure leach test results configurations from small technology feasibility, engineering design, equipment, terms of various processes, such as processing costs and overall economic efficiency of the existing pyrometallurgical treatment process compared demonstration.The results show proof:Atmospheric pressure, under pressure acid leaching conditions can be Kaldor furnace, since the hot slag leaching copper leaching rate of more than 98%, which can meet the needs of the process of separation of copper, but the two methods of nickel leaching rates are low atmospheric pressure was 37.79% Ni leaching, pressure leaching rate of 53.24% Ni, pressure leaching and atmospheric leaching of nickel leaching rate increase than not, there is no industrial applications. Since both methods are circumstances leach residue leaching nickel high presence of leach residue still need to return fire treatment. From the analysis of the effect of the separation of copper, both wet slag leaching process is technically feasible.
