| With the high-grade zinc mining tight supply of resources,Ingredients of zinc concentrates used in the zinc hydrometallurgical become more complex,Traditional process to handle complex concentrates becoming more difficult,While the national environmental requirements continue to increase,prompting companies to improve environmental emissions requirements,and consider the economic benefits at the same time that companies feel unprecedented pressure.The oxygen enriched direct leaching technology comes out and the intruduce in the country at this time,is a good solution to this dilemma of the enterprise;Oxygen enriched direct leaching process is mainly divided into two categories:oxygen enriched pressurized leaching and oxygen enriched atmospheric leaching;oxygen enriched direct leaching technology provides a new way of producing of zinc,because the process is simple and short process,the leaching process is continuous and sealed,does not produce SO2 gas,less waste so its gradually recognized.If we can have further improvment and innovation to the oxygen enriched direct leaching technology,has a very important significance of Zinc hydrometallurgical progress.In This paper the zinc minerals in Guangxi and purchased zinc minerals as raw materials to conduct a research of oxygen enriched atmospheric leaching.In a large number of experimental researches on the basis of oxygen enriched atmospheric leaching process,obtain the research findings of oxygen enriched atmospheric leaching and improved oxygen enriched atmospheric leaching process(Mid-pressure leaching):(1)Simulation of atmospheric leaching test in a small autoclave,identified in zinc concentrate particle size less than-0.044mm accounted for more than 97%,temperature 100℃,oxygen partial pressure 0.3MPa,stirring speed 750r/min,the concentration of sulfuric acid 160g/L,liquid-solid ratio 5:1,leaching time 6h,the zinc leaching rate of more than 97%is feasible.(2)Using the principle of pressure leaching,atmospheric leaching simulation improved in a small autoclave extention test,by controlling the leaching conditions to determine the zinc concentrate-0.044mm particle size of less than 97%or more,the temperature of 115℃,the oxygen partial pressure 0.5 MPa,stirring speed 750r/min,the concentration of sulfuric acid 160g/L,liquid-solid ratio 5:1,leaching time 3h,the zinc leaching rate of more than 97%is feasible.(3)In order to obtain a suitable leaching reactor equipment;studied how the atmospheric leaching equipment and pressure leaching equipment works;atmospheric leaching reactor for improvement and optimization,improved reactor,feeding and discharging methods and mixing methods,according to the production proved atmospheric leaching,the leaching reactor is optimized production practices can be applied to atmospheric leaching,and can be close to pressure leaching effect.(4)In the optimized leaching reactor,temperature and oxygen partial pressure can be adjusted.By adjusting the equipment into and out of feeding method,the temperature can be adjusted from 95℃ to 115℃,and even to 150℃;oxygen partial pressure can be adjusted from 0.3MPa 0.7MPa,nearly reaching pressure leaching conditions.Compared to pressure leaching and atmospheric leaching process,improved oxygen enriched atmospheric leaching process(Mid-pressure leaching)has the raw adaptable,making the device simple,less configuration,low power consumption,low running costs,low investment,with better economic,social and environmental benefits. |
