Landfill leachate’s COD content is extremely high, biological treatment is the economy choice, but the refractory organic compounds in leachate and excess ammonia nitrogen is not conducive to microbial degradation, the traditional biological methods cannot satisfy processing leachate, and therefore it is necessary to add pretreatment before biological treatment to improve leachate’s biodegradability. The paper emphatically discusses the ACF’s COD removal characteristics and the new ammonia nitrogen removal agent’s ammonia nitrogen removal characteristics and other pollutant’s reduction.It’s aimed to develop the economy practical and efficient leachate treatment technology to meet the new standard for reference standards provide effective data processing and application. For Xingfeng landfill leachate the arctical carries out the main research contents include:(1)Ammonia remover treatment of the leachate: High ammonia nitrogen affects the biological treatment of landfill leachate, and the ammonia nitrogen is also one of the main problems of leachate treatment. This article uses the home-made ammonia remover to treate leachate, ammonia remove results showed that the optimum reaction p H value is 9.5, optimum usage amount is 8 g/L, the best reaction time is 40 min, the best experiment mixing speed is 250 r/min. The ammonia nitrogen removal rate can reach 67.8% or so, ammonia nitrogen concentration of leachate declines from 2958 mg/L to 952 mg/L.(2) The ACF test results show that the optimum reaction p H value of fluidized aerobic corrosive cell-fenton method dealing with the leachate is 3, the best iron/carbon ratio is 1:1, the optimum reaction time is 60 min. When the particle size of Fe and C are both about 0.25 mm, the treatment effect is better, and It’s good for the material’s repeat use. Leachate’s COD value can fall from 6620 mg/L to 2251 mg/L, and the removal rate can reach at 66.0%. Adding H2O2 can strengthen the ACF process, COD removal rate can be promoted to 71%.(3) The research of new Fe/C material shows: using the calcination method to sinter Fe/C materials under 1000 degrees Celsius, iron powder can attached to the activated carbon particles. Through tagglomerating, crushing and sieving, proper particle size of integration Fe/C material was carried out. Compare integration iron carbon materia and separation iron carbon materia of the experimental results show that the integration of the iron carbon material is superior to the traditional materials, and the COD removal rate can be increased by 5% ~ 15% in the same conditions.(4)Test shows that “ammonia remove + ACF ”process is better than “ACF + ammonia “remove process. After processing, the ammonia nitrogen removal rate reached at 97%.(5)Test has carried on “flocculation + ammonia remove + ACF + SBR + Fenton” process, after processing the COD、ammonia nitrogen、p H and colour water quality indexes meet the national discharge standards.(6)It is preliminary calculated that the agent cost of combination process is 37.07 yuan/ton.
