| The construction of ecological civilization system is the cornerstone of ecological civilization construction. A scientific and reasonable evaluation system of ecological civilization is the key to the construction of ecological civilization system. It is of important theoretical and realistic significance to carry out the research on the index system of ecological civilization construction. From the perspective of the area of ecological civilization construction, it has strong practical significance and demonstration effect to promote ecological civilization construction in the provincial capital city. This study selects Guiyang, Hangzhou and Nanjing as an example, which has all established their own evaluation index system of ecological civilization construction and mainly contain the basic requirement of "Five in One". However, signicant differences still exist in the selection of specific indicators. The differences reflect the different understanding of ecological civilization construction among regions, and also reflect on the index structure, elements, weight distribution etc. The existence of the differences is the need of ecological civilization construction in different regions. On the other side, it reflects the current situation that it is lack of consensus in the evaluation of ecological civilization construction, and needs to strengthen the theoretical research in practice so as to optimize the evaluation mechanism of ecological civilization construction. |
