Research On The Expert System Of Continuous Miner's Drum Design

Research and discovery of the expert system technology applied in the design of Continuous Miner's Drum are carried out in this paper, as for the key technology of expert system.The following work is done in this thesis:(1)The technology of expert system is applied in the design of Continuous Miner's Drum. A general OOESCMDD scheme of structure is proposed with the hierarchical object-oriented knowledge database as the core.(2)The technology of object-oriented is used in the knowledge representation of OOESCMD, which makes the knowledge in the design of Drum expressed effectively.(3)The knowledge is stored in the database in the form of object, in order to make the inquiry easy. It can also be used to educate the beginners.(4)The management system of knowledge database is developed, which can help the users, the knowledge engineers and the experts to gain and inquire the knowledge.(5)The Drum used in the 12CM18-10D Continuous Miner is designed with the expert system.By the work above, the frame of the expert system is established basically, and the modular of knowledge management and of design are finished. This is the foundation of further development of practical expert system of Continuous Miner's Drum.
