| With the continuous expansion of expioration and development scale, the amount of sewage prodution in Zhenjing Oilfield during the actual prodution process increases day by day, and daily processing capacity of sewage treatment station is also increasing. Therefore, need to develop a suitable dosing treatment technology scheme for mixed with different types sewage of Zhenjing Oilfield.In this paper, through analyze the quality of the three different types of sewage of Zhenjing Oilfield, namely drilling sewage, fracturing fluids and produced water, and do laboratory research to determine their dosing treatment scheme and costs.For drilling sewage, this article adopts the method of flocculation to deal with it.Based on the laboratory experiments, select suitable flocculant polymeric aluminun chloride(PAC), dosage of 30 mg/L,the water quality is Na OH, dosage of 280 ~ 400mg/L and cationic polyarcrylamide(PAM) mixed with poly aluminum, PAM dosage of 1.0mg/L.And determine the best experimental temperature, reaction time and the dosing interval.Based the refractory characteristic of CODcr in fracturing fluid, this paper use flocculation-grease treatment first and then use sodium hypochlorite combined with UV for advanced treatment of wastewater.Flocculation experiment use polyaluminium chioride(PAC), dosage of 175mg/L, oxidation experiment choose sodium hypochlorite as oxidant, dosage of 40mg/L, at the same time use UV light irradiate for 30 min. Because mining effluent water quality, fouling ion content and composition of different layers of Zhenjing Oilfield are not same, so the scale inhibition dosage is different.Laboratory select phosphatase butane tricarboxylic acid(PBTCA) as scale inhibitor. When the produced water is Yan 9 or Chang 8 layer,dosage is 20mg/L, when the produced water is Chang 6 or Chang 9 layer, speculation is 40mg/L.Zhenjing Oilfiled station runoff for different ratio of mixed sewage, this paper through any two types of sewage ratio of 2:8, 4:6, 5:5, 6:4, 8:2 and any three types of sewage ratio of 2:2:6, 4:4:2, 1:2:7, 2:3:5, 3:3:4 are respectively calculated research, and identify their dosing regimen. According to the example, summarized the dosing law for the sewage of Zhengjing Oilfield mixed in any different ratio for field application. |
