Pigment printing is a printing method that makes pigments adheres tic with binder,the most part used in pigment printing adhesive is polyacrylic-ester adhesive At this stage, Butgreat problems of domestic pigment printing binders are hard handle and low fastness. Theflexible and hydrophobic properties of silicone are good.So in this paper, we will use the longchain silicone polymer of good flexible and hydrophobic to modify acrylic-ate by core-shellemulsion polymerization method, to improve the water resistance and mechanical properties of thefilm, which will bring the good effect.Firstly, Polyacrylate emulsion was synthesized, we selected butyl acrylate (BA) as the softmonomer, Methyl methacrylate (MMA)ã€Vinyl acetate (VA)ã€styrene (St)as the hard monomer,acrylic acid (AA) as functional monomer, Hydroxyethyl methacrylate (HEMA) asSelf-crosslinking monomer, Diacetone acrylamide (DAAM) as the Foreign league monomer. Thepolymerization polyacrylate emulsion was synthesized by the method of free-radical. Wediscussed in three aspects from the ratio of soft and hard monomer, plus the amount of crosslinking agent, the best technology of polymerization, The results show that when the ratio ofsoft monomer and hard monomer was48/42, the ratio of the three kinds of hard monomer was1:1:1in quality, the amount of crosslinking agent was3%, the dosage of initiator APS was0.7%,the amount of functional monomer AA was5%, the stage of reaction temperature was75-78℃,reaction time was3h, thermal maturation stage was80-83℃, curing time was1h, the stability ofthe emulsion and latex film in all kinds was good.In the second part of this paper, silicon acrylic-acid core-shell emulsion was synthesized, WeSelected vinyl triethoxy silane (VP-151) as the silane coupling agent,Under the acid condition, Ethoxy hydrolyzed to hydroxyl and it terminated dehydrationcondensation reaction with289, then generated the double bond of silica long chain, as nuclear,polyacrylate as the shell, silicon acrylic-acid core-shell emulsion was synthesized by the methodof core-shell emulsion radical polymerization. We discussed in three aspects for the synthesis ofthe influence of the stability of the emulsion and latex film properties from the amount of silanecoupling agent, silicon acrylic-acid proportion, plus the amount of reinforcing agent. Then Usinginfrared spectrometer, thermal scanners and differential scanning characterized the synthesis of theproduct, The results show that when the dosage of silane coupling agent was7%, siliconacrylic-acid proportion is3/7, the stability of emulsion and latex film synthesis, excellentperformance, under the high silicon content, the amount of reinforcing agent was20%, themechanical property of the latex film must be improved. FT-IR test showed that the organicsilicone monomers and polymerization of acrylic monomers generate large molecules polymer,reached on modification of acrylic acid, TG test showed that polyacrylate markedly improved theheat stability of the film after the modify of the long polymer chains siloxane, DSC tests showedthat it can relieve polyacrylate "hot sticky cold short" phenomenon, achieve the purpose ofmodification through the introduction of the silicon part.The third part of this paper is the application of synthetic product performance research, thesynthesis of silicone acrylic emulsion as binder used in the fabric of pigment printing andcoating.We discussed the influence of various factors on the printing effect, The results show thatwhen the glue dosage was10%to the brunet series, glue dosage was15%to the light colorseries, the best baking temperature was160℃, the best curing time was3min, the printing effect was the best. The best dosage of cross-linking monomer was3%, we also found that with thedecrease of the coating used in particle size, the amount of apparent color printing fabric, colorfastness and handle related were also improved. the application experiment was carried outbetween the synthetic adhesive and the commonly used adhesive, after using in pigment printingof homemade silicon acrylic-acid emulsion, fabric rubbing fastness was good, the fabric handleand apparent color quantity was better than other products, Applied to the coated fabric, fabricrepellent effect is good, the fabric feel is also improved. |
