Due to the energy crisis and environmental protection requirements, the solarenergy as a clean energy is the energy of the most compelling, because of its"inexhaustible, an inexhaustible" features, has now become a fast growth withwind, large construction projects and many kinds of energy, occupies animportant position in the new energy. Series products of solar panels is aneffective carrier to convert solar energy into electrical energy, monocrystallinesilicon is the basis of photoelectric conversion device, such as material, and highpurity polycrystalline silicon is the production of monocrystalline siliconmaterials.Chemical hydrogen silicon is also called the trichlorosilane, chloroform,chemical formula SiHCl3, because of a hydrogen bond and the chlorine is more,can react with other organic genes to form a series of organic silicon products,commonly used in organic silane and alkyl, aryl and organic functional groupschlorosilane, the synthesis of organic silane coupling agent is the most basicmonomers, as well as the main raw material of the preparation of polysilicon.This design is about the annual output of15000tons of chemical processdesign of hydrogen silicone (SiHCl3) project. On the nature of chemical hydrogensilicon first of all, the paper makes a detailed description, and expounds thedifferent process method of preparing chemical hydrogen silicon. Then, brieflyelaborated on the chemical hydrogen silicon rectification system, and by using theAspen Plus chemical hydrogen silicon rectification system simulation, therectifying column concrete logistics operating parameters and data, and throughthe calculate and determine the distillation system of energy consumption and theproduct yield, for subsequent process design provides a reasonable theoreticalbasis.In determining the design principles and scope, on the basis of the standardsused in the design process is determined. To the different chemical hydrogensilicon technology design process has carried on the detailed design, determinethe different processes of equipment and material for pipe grade, and so onvarious aspects has carried on the detailed design. Finally, the cross-linked siliconhydrogen production in the process of "three wastes" put forward the reasonable solution, and completed the process PID diagram, equipment layout, pipinginstallation drawing of the construction drawing design.
