At present, the global sintering process in continuous innovation, a steel marketcompetition is increasingly intensified, the majority of sintering manufacturers areactively use new technology to reduce the energy consumption of sintering sintering. Thenext few years, sintering plant should actively improve the sintering process, adjust andimprove the sintering production layout to adapt to the increasingly fierce marketcompetition,to achieve the sustainable development of the enterprise,to meet therequirements of the construction of the clean type sintering plant.As the main solid fuels in sintering process, coke powder and anthracite coal of thecombustion process in sintering production provides most of the energy. The original fuelconditions of tangsteel sintering production and process parameters, with the aid of thesintering cup experiment in the laboratory and the sinter metallurgical properties testing,systematically studied the solid fuel of tangsteel sintering process and effect rule of thesinter metallurgical properties, through the study found that: At present sintering rawfuels and technology conditions, tangsteel separately using pulverized coal or separateuse coke powder as sintering with solid fuel is not the most appropriate choice, the mostsuitable choice should be adopted to coke powder and Liangxiang coal blends forsintering solid fuel. The suitable sintering solid fuel structure should be coke powderprovides about70%of calories, Liangxiang coal provide about30%of calories, cokepowder-3mm size in proportion to control at about84%, Liangxiang coal-3mm sizeproportion to control about74%more appropriate. If the sintering process due to externalconditions can only use a single solid fuel, tangsteel for sintering solid fuel should givepreference to coke powder, coke powder ratio in order to control around5.0%moreappropriate, the second choice is Liangxiang coal, the ratio of Liangxiang coal should be5.31%, North Korean coal should be the last choice, the ratio of North Korean coalshould be5.35%.
