As an intellectualized materials, PLZT piezoelectric ceramics were applied to many fields and own mang excellent performances such as piezoelectic, thermoelectic and photoeletric performances, this text introduce Mechanical alloying into the manufacture process of ceramic powders to obtain tiny powders which have excellent sintering behavior and were used to fabricate microlithic ceramics, microlithic ceramics have stronger bresking tenacity and longer life span.The influence of balling velocity and balling time on performaces of powders, dielectric and piezoelectric performances, the influence of the ratio of Zr to Ti and sintering temperature on composition of phase, dielectric and piezoelectric performances were important proportion of this text.The results illuminate that the velocity of reaction between atoms is higher when balling velocity is improved. The sintering property of powders can be improved when the balling time was delaied. However, it will decrease if the balling time is too long.The ceramics are near by the MPB if 0.66≤Zr/Ti≤0.64, and if Zr/Ti is 65/35, they have excellent properties such as:p=7.64g/cm3εr=182, d33= 136.8pc/N,Kp=0.284.When the sinterng temperature between 1000℃and 1200℃, the ceramics all are PLZT phase, The grain boundary is clear and the average size of gain is less than 1μm. whereas the ceramics have ZrO2 phase besides PLZT phase, the size of grain has slim increase and the grain boundary become intangibly when sintering temperature is 1250℃. The density and hardness of samples firstly increases and afterward decreases alongwith the improved temperature, the maximal value of them respectively is 7.64g/cm3 and HV585.7. at the same time, the d33 of ceramic also achieves the maximal value that is 136.8pc/N.The best value of balling velocity, balling time, Zr/Ti and sintering temperature respectively is 400rpm,12h,65/35 and 1100℃.
