| At present, most aluminum companies choose the middle-duty closed gear oil as bearing oil of aluminum rolling mill, which can decrease abrasion and take away the heat produced by friction, however, its annealing performance is poor and easy to pollute rolling oils, affecting the quality of aluminum rolling products. Therefore, a kind of non-staining bearing oil with good-performance is developed, to improve product quality and prolong life-span of rolling aluminum oil and realize energy saving and pollutant reduction, which has good economic benefit and social benefit.In this thesis, the physicochemical properties, anneal furnace, oxidation stabilities and tribological properties of bearing base oils and additives were tested and analyzed, and formula design of the lubricating oil was made. Finally, a no-polluted bearing lubricating oil with high performances was developed. Main research findings of this paper were as follows:(1) The anneal furnace and thermal stabilities of base oils were studied by means of EXXON anneal analysis and TG-DSC thermal analysis. The results show that the base oil such as polyether or PAO-6 is better than imported non-staining bearing oil in annealing cleaning, which loses 98.25% or 82.24% of its mass under the temperature of 317.5℃, but the imported non-staining bearing oil only loses 27.00%.(2) The oxidation stabilities of base oils and imported non-staining bearing oil were studied through SH0206 oxidation stabilizer. The results show that oxidation stabilities of polyether or PAO-6 is bad and can not meet the oxidation stability requirement of bearing lubrication. However,when added phenol antioxidant and metal dealtivator, the oxidation stabilities of polyether or PAO-6 can be improved greatly, which can nearly have the same oxidiation statbilities with imported non-staining bearing oil.(3) The tribological properties of base oils were tested on the MRS-10A four-ball tribo-tester. The results show that tribological properties of polyether or PAO-6 is good. In order to improve the tribological properities of base oil, formula design of bearing non-staining lubricating oil was made by optimized compounding technology with S and S-P additives, the comprehensive performances of the protective film produced between P-antiwear additive and mental surface were investigated through lots of experiments, and the results show that S-P additive can significantly increase the tribological properities of bearing oil.(4) A non-staining bearing oil with good overall performances of base oils and additives was developed and contrasted with other bearing non-staining bearing oils home and abroad, and the physicochemical properties and anneal furnace and tribological properties of the developed non-staining bearing oil were tested and its bearing bed test was also done. The results show that developed non-staining bearing oil has excellent comprehensive performances, which can make bearing work steadily and with less abrasion, achieving or exceeding the other similar products home and abroad. |
