China - Climate In Northeast Asia Environmental Cooperation

The problem of climatic environment is one of the challenges that the human society faced in the 21st century, it was regarded as an important part of national interests with political problems military, security problems and Economic problems. Its influence has far beyond ecological environment. And the problem has threatened national traditional security and produced deep influence and impact on international security and global governance.Currently, the high-speed growth of northeast Asia economic captured the worlds attention. But at the same time, the climatic environment of China and other countries in northeast Asia has been destroyed. Climate warming and extreme weather phenomenon has become serious problems that threatened national security and peoples life.Because the climatic environmental problem is long-term and transnational, solving it needs cooperation among the counties. Within the past 2 decades, Northeast Asia has already formed multi-way, multi-dimension, multi-field cooperation through regional collective efforts. But some factors become obstacles in advance and deepening the climatic environmental cooperation, such as different problems countries facing, different requirements, various forms of conflict and difference. Therefore, the study on the limitations and possibilities of the cooperation is important to improving the climatic environmental conditions and deepening the cooperation.From the angle of regional public products, this article first expounds the basic theory, and then discusses the present situation of the cooperation, the dilemma, and the prospects of development. At last, the author give suggestions on how to deepen cooperation and supply more better regional public goods. In addition, this paper point out that china should be more positive to providing regional public goods trough adjusting domestic policy, changing ways and so on. It is helpful to establish international image and gain international recognition for china.In short, China– Northeast Asia's climatic environment cooperation still has a long way to go, and it will be capricious along with the intricacy and complexity of the area's relations. But it is worth to notice that although there are many difficulties and obstacles in the climatic environmental cooperation, the problem may ease through providing regional public goods. What's more,the development of cooperation is significant to region integration and international relations. Institutional cooperation is a way to produce trust,ease dilemma and promote process of regional peace, in order to form the foundation for region integration and create good international environment for China's peaceful development.
