| Expansion pipe technology is a new drilling technology that through radial expansion the string to plastic deformation area in the well, so as to save the hole diameter. This technology is widely used in various complex forms of casing damage management (casing deformation, bending, local corrosive perforations, etc.), sealing boreholes and thief zone, localization of Wells expansion in drilling pipe branch, completion, tail pipe hanging, etc, so as to solve the key problems of drilling and reducing cost. The goals of inflation casing technology include to realize constant wellbore diameter, to make the casing size finalize the design so that standardization the rig equipment, and to reduce the huge demand of the accessory equipment.In the basis of mechanical properties testing experiments and using the finite element theoretically simulated expansion process, we had developed the necessary tools of expansion pipe technology, and it was proved that the on-site application effect is good. This paper mainly conducting the following contents:1) This paper conducted mechanics performance experiments of expansion pipe and rubber ring so as to providing parameters for the finite element analysis.2) This paper launched the finite element analysis of light pipe and threaded section, establish the reasonable simulation model and study the size of the force of expansion, the change rules of geometric parameters before and after the expansion and the distribution of stress and residual stress in the process of inflation.3) This paper conducted the finite element analysis in the rubber vulcanization segment and analyses the force of expansion and anchoring.4) This paper optimized the angle of expand cone5) This paper designed the necessary tools of the expansion pipe technology, and simulating each facts on the influence of the force of expansion.6) This paper has carried out a series of experiments and do the technology improvement for the tools.7) This paper developed necessary tools of the expansion pipe technology, with independent intellectual property rights, which successfully field construction casing subsidies more than 10 Wells times.The innovation points of this artical:1) the development of necessary tools for expansion pipe technology;2) based on the ground experimental conclusion, some technical improvement for the tools has been done. |
