There are two ways that elctroplating wastewater pollute the environment, one is less plating solution to high concentrations of emissions, the other is the relatively low concentration of electroplating wastewater emissions.As the electroplating point spread and wide, compared with other industries, although the relatively small volume of wastewater, but the spread of contamination area is relatively large, it is difficult to control the pollution it caused.Electroplating wastewater contains various heavy metal ions, without going through the appropriate treatment and discharge directly, will cause serious harm to humans and the ecological environment.Biological fixation of modern bio-engineering technology is an emerging technology in the field.Among them, sulfate-reducing bacteria (SRB) handling of heavy metals has been developing rapidly.This study is the use of sulfate-reducing bacteria (SRB) of the metabolic activity to changes heavy metal ion in electroplating wastewater into insoluble matter.The sludge rich in sulfate-reducing bacteria (SRB) though cultivated were fixed by immobilized technology,construct a good internal and external environment for sulfate-reducing bacteria (SRB) growth,not only it is able to avoid metal ions poisoning SRB sludge but also it makes effective use of nutrients and resolves the problem of the organic contamination.to achieve low-cost and efficient electroplating wastewater treatment and achieve electroplating wastewater discharge standard.This study investigated different reaction temperature, SO42-concentration, COD/SO42- ratio, pH, beads ratio to liquid,comparing the ability of aeration tank sludge immobilized SRB sludge beads and waste activate sludge immobilized SRB sludge beads on the sulfate reduction.it is comes to the conclusion that the effect on the sulfate reduction of immobilized SRB sludge beads with waste activate sludge is obviously better than aeration tank sludge.For sure, the best temperature is 35℃, pH value is 7, SO42-concentration is 4g/L, COD/SO42- ratio is 3,beads ratio to liquid is 1:3.Examines aeration tank sludge immobilized SRB sludge beads and waste activate sludge immobilized SRB beads at a temperature of 35℃, pH value of 7, SO42-concentration of 4g/L, COD/SO42- ratio of 3, beads ratio to liquid of the value of 1:3 conditions, waste activate sludge immobilized SRB beads and aeration tank sludge immobilized SRB sludge beads are domesticated are having the ability disposing of elctroplating wastewater,showed the waste activate sludge immobilized SRB beads takeoff rate to copper (II) reaches 99.9%,iron (II) takeoff rate reaches 98.8%;the aeration tank sludge immobilized SRB sludge beads takeoff rate to copper (Ⅱ) reaches 82%, iron (Ⅱ) takeoff rate reaches 75%.Result indicates that the immobilized SRB sludge beads with waste activate sludge is obviously better than aeration tank sludge in the technology.Examine waste activate sludge immobilized SRB beads in the electroplating wastewater treatment of different factors on the rate of reaction,these factors including temperature, pH, COD/SO42-,beads ratio to liquid.the study of SRB sludge immobilized beads to Cu2+,Fe2+ dynamics has got progresses.result indicate:Cu2+,Fe2+ have different dynamics equation in the temperature is 35℃,pH value is 7, SO42-concentration is 4g/L, COD/SO42- ratio is 3,beads ratio to liquid is 1:3 condition,being respectively: VCu2+=-dC/dt=0.0074CCu2+1.4 VFe2+=-dc/dt=0.063CFe2+1.61 According to Arrhenius equation, the apparent activation energy and the relationship between K and temperature of copper(Ⅱ), Fe(Ⅱ)are as follows: Ea (Cu2+)=24.84kJ/mol,belong to commixture under the control of, K(T)=exp(4.75)exp(-2985.6); Ea (Fe2+)=18.49kJ/mol.belong to irradiation under the control of, K(T)=exp(2.2)exp(-2222.2).
