Outdoor Public Desks Design Study

With economic rapid development, The urban construction faced unprecedented period of rapid development, and the city image, urban culture, urban connotation have reached unheard of levels. Outdoor public seats as the embodiment of city's image, function, culture play an very important part in Sights of the cities, which is the material carrier of urban culture and function that serving the public masses, affecting people's work and life. That the outdoor public seats belongs to urban furniture has a certain amount of commonalities, while it belongs to the category of furniture but has some differents. The design of outdoor public seats must reflects the urban culture, history, art and taste, while still concerns about the people who will live in for recreation and socializing.This article bases on an association of outdoor public seats and "urban furniture" and indoor furniture, determined the concept of outdoor public seats and research content, studying the home and abroad of the outdoor public seats providing a theoretical premise of this paper.
