The study of fuzzy control and network monitor of the grind grading is raised direct open question, base on cleaning and dressing operation and the extended now of the home and abroad grind grading control technique. The research is developed from introduce the grind grading system, arrangement of controls the grind grading system, the fuzzy control algorithm of ball mill, control system design and engineering real-time and so on. The acquisitive research production has major theory supervision and realization sense for avoid over-load in ground course of ball mill, slowdown the dissipation of energy, raise productivity and so on.The study analyzed the control objectives of the grind grading, extended the three effect productivity meaning of ball mill:ground concentration, load age of ball mill and counter prop pant concentration on the basis of definitude grind grading'compose and principle of operation and the beneficiation process is the import link in wholly metallurgical industry, whereas the grind grading appear major task toward wholly beneficiation process.The study analyzed the control objectives of grind grading system and process flow of grind grading, expound the detection and control content of grind grading control system, definitude the arrangement of controls in grind grading, based on the craft of grind grading towards introduce the grind grading system.The study base on resources utilization item of ground float work in Yunnan concentration plant, use the fuzzy control theory, proceed control towards ungovernable volume of ore, measure to load elevation history'mill electric current, adopt two-dimension fuzzy controller proceed fuzzy control towards volume of ore, characteristic the control algorithm and control law of volume of ore. First of all we must sampling and calculation the mill average current after 6s, and then precede estimation use electric current number of variations and electric current rate of change, finally determine the given value about volume of ore. The practical application proven:This controlling means can effectively avoid over-load and migration test operation significance, bump mill work effect up, literature the each working index of the mill. The study analyses the DCS control system, select and deploy system hardware include upper computer, lower computer, feeler mechanism, actuator etc, use plc procedure real-time Control towards volume of ore, characteristic the behavioral measure of bump PLC control system up, in order to real-time towards volume of ore progress control up.
