With the increasing urbanization process accelerated, the number of cities and rapid population increase in the amount of garbage produced each year more than 10% of the rate of increase, the growing problem of waste disposal. At present, the domestic garbage treatment mainly sanitary landfill, incineration and composting, etc. power generation several ways, irrespective of the kind of approach would produce a certain amount of landfill leachate. At present, most domestic leachate treatment are based on delivery to the municipal wastewater treatment plant for processing, transport costs are relatively high, and easy operation of the wastewater treatment plant adversely affect the stability. With the country's new "life Landfill Pollution Control Standard" GB16889-2008 of the promulgation and implementation of the treatment of leachate put forward higher requirements, and not allowed to ship out to the urban sewage treatment plants, due to landfill leachate with a organic pollutants in high concentrations, ammonia nitrogen high concentration of heavy metals at high concentrations, and complex changes in water quality characteristics, the traditional treatment process difficult to achieve country-level emission standards. At present, the domestic refuse leachate treatment process is more successful treatment of membrane bio-reactor technology is the mainstream of leachate treatment technologies. Membrane bio-reactor system is mainly biochemical treatment technology and a combination of membrane separation technology. The main principle of the system is to use part of the micro-biological wastewater to eliminate a variety of organic pollutants, such as ammonia nitrogen, PHosPHides, etc., in-depth processing mainly uses nanofiltration process, the system can efficiently separate refractory organic matter in wastewater and some salts, whose main principle is applied at a higher pressure nanofiltration membrane separation technology for sewage treatment.This issue focuses on the membrane bio-reactor treatment system computer control to achieve, first introduced the subject of the background, as well as research content and meaning; right field bus technology, PLC and configuration software to a brief introduction。And ModbuS using Profibus fieldbus protocol, combined with the actual situation in the design process and on-site control system, communication networks, and real-time monitoring and recording of operational status of leachate treatment process, and the scene in a timely manner to respond to all types of emergencies the same time, the use of designed to host computer monitoring system to achieve control of network communications, on-site data logging and monitoring, and have the records check and alarm functions.The subject of the original leachate treatment system based on self-control by PID control technology, design optimization procedure to further adjust the blower opening between the frequency and dissolved oxygen, acid pumps and the relationship between PH value, effectively reduces the processing system power consumption.
