Municipal refuse during the landfill will produce the high salinity and refactory biodegradable wastewater--landfill leachate. With the development of landfill leachate treatment technology, membrane separation technology has solved the landfill leachate treatment problems to a certain extent, but at the same time produced a number of more difficult to treat with high salinity, high chroma, highly concentration and refractory biodegradable wastewater, Membrane concentrated landfill leachate.Electrochemical oxidation technology is an efficient treatment for the refractory biodegradable wastewaters treatment, it has friendliness and environmental compatibility features. In recent years, the electrochemical oxidation has aroused people’s wide concern, and in landfill leachate, pharmaceutical waste, tannery wastewater, printing and dyeing wastewater and refinery wastewater were studied in the field.Experiments on Membrane concentrated landfill leachate by electrochemical oxidation technology for processing research. The wastewater use Qingdao Xiao Jianxi landfill treatment company membrane concentrated landfill leachate after DTRO system. Electrode material, electrolysis and other influencing factors are determined by experiment. The studies and the results are as follows:(1)Experiments on Membrane concentrated landfill leachate by Electro-Flocculation and PFS flocculation, studies have found that there is an obvious advantages by using PFS, and adding 12.5g/L PFS dosage removal efficiency of 52.82%for CODcr.(2) Experiments on the electrode materials for electrochemical oxidation technology of choice, studies have found that select the appropriate electrode materials not only increases efficiency but also decided to experiment with the critical success factors. Electrode materials for electrochemical oxidation test shows that electrode materials has a big influence for electrochemical oxidation technology. Various electrodes were obtained respectively from good to poor are TPB electrode, ruthenium oxide electrodes, yttrium oxide electrodes, metal oxide modified activated carbon electrode, antimony tin oxide rubber electrode. so the study select the TPB electrode.(3) Use plate electrolytic device electrolysis membrane concentrated landfill leachate after flocculation by orthogonal test, various factors affect the size of the duty: Duty ratios > Voltage > Frequency >p H. Its optimal level combinations were 10 V, 3000 Hz, 15%of the duty ratios, p H=7. In optimal conditions, the removal rate of CODcr was 76%.(4) Using coaxial electrolytic device to electrolysis membrane concentrated landfill leachate for single-factor, In the optimum combination conditions(15V, 15%of the duty ratios, 2000 Hz and flows for 5m3/h),electrolytic effect is best when the HRT is 6h, the removal rate of CODcr is 82.96%.(5) The comparison test of coaxial electrolytic device and plate electrolytic device the HRT is 2h, 4h, 6h, 8h, 10 h, The removal efficiencies of 26.93%, 46.2%, 8.73%, 5.6%for CODcr. Achieve the same effect of electrolysis, the plate electrolytic device the HRT is 12 h, and coaxial electrolytic device requires only 6h. Therefore, the coaxial electrolytic device has a lot of advantages.(6) The removal efficiencies of the NH4+-N in the electrochemical oxidation of 96.89%, and compare the CODcr removal of priority. chromaticity removal rate of 99%.
