| The water supply system is one of eight mine systems, because it supplies water for cooling operation,fire fighting and so on, the water supply system plays a very vital role in the mine production, and also influences the efficiency of the mine. Mine security is always the most important and considerable problem, meanwhile it also a major index to value the quality of a mine. Fire is a common safety accident, and is potential safety hazard. It is the water supply system playing the key role when a fire happens in the mine. If the supplying situation of water supply system is barely known, it will slow down the process of fire fighting. Accordingly, establishing a set of perfect water supply system can not only improve production efficiency, also can effectively carry out the fire fighting and guarantee the safe production in the mine.This paper summarizes domestic researches on water supply system, also introduces the key technology of design and develops on the basis of SuperMap Objects developing platform, and describes the burst pipe analysis algorithm, the hydraulic analysis algorithm, expound the development and design of the system in detail. The body part of the paper is the research on burst pipe analysis algorithm,hydraulic calculation model and hydraulic analysis algorithm. In burst pipe analysis, the paper mainly studies how to improve the traditional algorithm and to improve the efficiency of burst pipe analysis; In hydraulic analysis, the paper introduces algorithm of hydraulic calculation, including the recursion algorithm of dendriform network,the flow algorithm and hydraulic pressure algorithm of ringed network, accordion to the actual situation of the mine water network and compare with these algorithms, the hydraulic pressure algorithm of ringed network fit the research of this paper. In the last, this paper introduces algorithm and theory of fire fighting check analysis and water pump head analysis, it provides the most direct and advantageous auxiliary function for mine water supply system.In view of the problems caught by artificial management model of water supply network in mine, this research manages network data by computer, and put the burst pipe analysis and hydraulic simulation into water supply system in mine, and combine GIS technology, accomplish the mine water supply network of scientific and automation management. It not only plays a certain role in the network data management and the normal operation of water supply in mine, but also has important significance for the mine safety. |
