| Mine dust is the main factor that harms the health of workers,the most cost-effective prevention rely on the water,therefore the operation reliability of water supply network directly determines the expected effect of dust control.In order to study the hydraulic simulation analysis,reliability prediction and water point status warning of mine dust-proof water supply pipe network,field research,theoretical analysis,similar experiments,computer programming and engineering applications were adopted,finally,the mine dustproof water network system of hydraulic simulation and reliability prediction was developed.Based on the basic theory and method of hydraulic analysis,the mathematical model of hydraulic simulation of mine dust-proof water supply pipe network is established.A similar experimental model of water supply network was established based on similarity criterion.The results indicated that the water pressure on each point was a dynamic process,and the water pressure had a negative correlation between the quantity of flow,as the amount of water increased,the pressure of the point showed a decreasing trend.When a water leakage fault occurred,the pressure showed a decreasing trend,it was obvious as the water leakage increased.When the clogging fault occurred on the connecting line of the water source,the point was affected by the fault,the degree of influence in the early stage was not obvious,as the degree of failure increases,the water pressure drops sharply to zero.According to the flow reliability and the threshold-based unit importance theory,the path importance and connectivity were applied,the reliability calculation model of mine dustproof water supply network system was established based on the Sobol sequence of Quasi Monte-Carlo.The predictive indicator system for safety and reliability was constructed,based on the unascertained measurement theory and information entropy,the reliability prediction model was built for mine dustproof water supply networks.The reliability of the example mine dust-proof water supply pipe network was predicted.The prediction result was safe and reliable,and the grade was Grade Ⅱ.In this paper,water pressure,flow rate,suspended solids content,suspended solids particle size,pH value and hardness were selected as early warning indicators,through analyze main factors of water supply network,and an early warning indicator system for the water point status of the mine dustproof water supply network was established,and the warning level was divided.The PSO-BP early warning model of the mine dust supply network operation state was established.Through the example application,the early warning results were compared with the actual situation,and the relative error of the PSO-BP model early warning results was less than 3%.Based on the Java and JavaFX technology of Eclipse scalable development platform,the SQL Server database was linked in the background,and the mine dustproof water network system of hydraulic simulation and reliability prediction was established,it included pipe network modeling,reliability prediction,hydraulic simulation calculation,water point status warning module,and it was applied in combination with engineering examples. |
