The sulfur content in Fluidized Catalytic Cracking Naphtha (FCCN) generally is 160μg/g to 1600μg/g in China while GBⅢgasoline sulfur specification is less than 150μg/g, even less than 50μg/g in the future. So FCCN should be treated to meet new demand of gasoline standard. With the combined catalysts called RSDS21/RSDS22 which have more selectivity in desulfurization than olefin saturation, a new selective hydrodesulfurization process flow called RSDS-Ⅱwas designed according to the structure and component distribution of FCCN. The effects of process condition on reaction performance was studied, the result showed that at the pressure of 1.6MPa, the volumetric hourly space velocity of 3.0 to 5.0 and the standard volumetric ratio of hydrogen to oil of 300 to 600,refined FCC naphtha can meet the demand of the GBⅣand Euro V fuel specification, the loss of research octane number was reduced. The application of RSDS-Ⅱin Shanghai Petroleum Company showed that RSDS-Ⅱhad good desulfurization performance and good capability to controll olefin saturation.
