A microarray experiment can mensure tens of thousands of expression data of gene sequence and achieve high-dimensional DNA microarray gene expressing datasets which are rich in bioinformatics. By analyzing the conjunction between gene expression data in these high-throughput data, it will help find unknown gene function classification, speculate the interaction between genes, looking for co-expression of gene type and predict gene regulation patterns. According to genetic inter - regulation or co-expression of gene regulatory to build relationship network.DNA microarray expression dataset are reseached in this paper. using the relevant statistical theory to study the regulation of relations among the related genes. The main work is done as follows:1. Compare the relationship between the transcription factors and genes; it filters out of operon gene expression data which uses to measure Pearson correlation and Spearman rank correlation. 86.33 % of operonic gene pairs Pearson correlation coefficient distributes in the 0.5-1, on the level of the p<0.01 which presenting significantly related. 84.53% of operonic gene pairs Spearman rank correlation coefficient distributes in the 0.5-1, on the level of the p <0.01 which showing obviously relevance. It provides genomic information for operon prediction in the process of high-throughput stastics. It is significance for operon prediction.2. With differential expression genes which were classified by the non-Negative Matrix Factorization (NMF) method as research object. Respectively, gastric cancer with significantly increasing genes and significantly reducing genes are measured relevantly. It also calculates the correlation matrix between genes and builds corresponding. Then it extracts the genes that the correlation is greater than the threshold. Finally, it will build fuzzy gene relationship networks of gastric cancer. Combined with related literature, the paper explains the function of the network nodes of moderate gene and its mechanism. By the network, it can intuitively observe gastric cancer gene pathway, to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of the gastric cancer.
