The Ms8.0 earthquake happened in Wenchuan County damaged the people's lives and properties seriously, particularly in Shaanxi Province,which will undoubtedly have a significant impact on crustal movements and seismic activities of the Guanzhong area.On the basis of reading a large number of documents of Guanzhong area, the paper gives an in-depth study on the horizontal and vertical crust movements using GPS observation data,and aims to get the crustal movements rules and influences of Wenchuan earthquake.In the study of crustal horizontal deformation, taking advantage of regional NNR reference frame to analyze the GPS observation data and solve the problem of quality standards using ArcGIS space analysis function(Thiessen Polygon), the paper obtained the euler parameters of the whole crustal movement in guanzhong, and gave the crustal horizontal velocity field of guanzhong under this baseline conditions. At the same time,the paper obtained the regular pattern of crustal movement in GuanZhong and the influences of earthquake by the comparing analysis method,and in the respect of crustal vertical movement, it analyzed Two-dimensional graphic and 3d simulation using the GIS spatial analysis method, finally the paper drawed the vertical crust movement characteristics in guanzhong region.The results are as follows:(1) the characteristics of crustal horizontal movements:the relevant crustal horizontal movements in the region presents a whole sub-block motion feature during the time of 2004-2006.The crustal movements in the eastern of Guanzhong is severely, the central and western regions is relatively stable, and the differences between sports sites are not very clearly. From 2006 to 2007, compared with previous years, the GPS sites moving increased obviously, NNW movement is the main of central and eastern sites,and GPS sites showed scattered movement in the western because of the influences of seismic tectonic stress before the earthquake. The overall velocity field from 2007 to 2008 reflects the magnitude quake with the Ms 8.0 earthquake in wenchuan, and the NE is the mainly sport at GPS sites,Wenchuan quake rotated the crustal movement direction of Guanzhong to the east, which caused the stronger influcences on middle and western regions than the eastern region; From 2008~2009, the velocity field of GPS sites shows that GPS sites are doing reverse recovery movement, and east-western movements banded campaign features moving from SW direction to NWW from the south of Weihe Basin to the central of Guanzhong because of the tenacious blocking from the stable Ordos block.(2) the characteristics of vertical crustal movements:From 2004~2006, crustal vertical movements in the Guanzhong area are dominated by the ground uplift, violently in the MiddleEastern, flatly in the west. From 2006~2008, crustal vertical movements are dominated by the land subsidence, and the ground settlement to the largest extent from 2006 to 2007. The largest settlement is more than 30mm in Xi'an, the land subsidence from 2007 to 2008 is much smaller than the previous year, mainly between 5mm and 10mm. During 2008 and 2009, the vertical movement showed out the characteristics of ground uplift in the north and land subsidence in the south of Guanzhong area.
