In this paper, the "Qinghai-Tibet Railway operating security system" project, supported by National Key Project of Scientific and Technical Supporting Programs Funded by Ministry of Science & Technology of China, is as the background. Combining the Qinghai-Tibet railway ballast exploration task, the information of frozen disease, which data is detected by Ground penetrating radar (GPR), is analyzed. And so radar data processing methods of the Qinghai-Tibet railway special test equipment can be improved.GPR is a high-resolution geophysical method, efficient, real-time spectrum of electromagnetic nondestructive testing method. GPR is a rapid detection of the railway ballast at home and abroad disease is one important way, roadbed for car radar detection data collected, layer multiple and sleeper interference is inevitable. How to weaken multiple wave interference is detected national railway ballast facing an important issue. In this paper deconvolution based on the theory of the structure of frozen soil subgrade and numerical simulation method to analyze the causes of multiple wave interference, predictive deconvolution algorithm to remove multiples do experiments. In the theory, through the multiple wave processing simulations, validity of predictive deconvolution algorithm. As the experimental results, predictive deconvolution algorithm can effectively and efficiently remove the multiple wave interference. In this paper, mathematical models of known physical parameters of the layers of material, calculation of interlayer multiple wave velocity, attenuation, and to derive the multiples of the wave equation, summed up the law of multiples as calculated predictive deconvolution parameters predicting a major step reference. As an example, two different center frequency antennas detected in the two distinct areas and the four sections of the application of predictive deconvolution data processing algorithms to eliminate the interference of multiple waves. Analysis of treatment results, and discussed the profile measured mud pumping may exist, outside the crowd, roadbed subsidence and disease conditions. This paper is significantly indispensable to detect railway ballast on frozen soil.
