Abstract/Summary:
The navigation system is a kind of new-type navigation system developed in middle period of the sixties of the 20th century. Until the 1990s period completely, it was operated and prevailed, the field which it used has already been expanded to economy and military affairs. The satellite navigated system is applied to the land , ocean and navigation of the communications and transportation in the sky. It navigates for various kinds of militarily carrier, and makes the hit rate of the weapon greatly improved. The completion and successful application of GPS is the production of modern science and technology development, it is an important symbol of navigation technology modernization, and it brings enormous military and economic interests to U.S.A. Particularly in 1991, the Gulf War, GPS has made an important role in the desert. The victory of the Gulf War means the victory of GPS. With the popularity of satellite navigation applications, the whole world is scheduling and caring about the development of satellite navigation system in future . The present global main satellite navigation systems is GPS of U.S.A., GLONASS of Russia, European's Galileo system and the first generation of the BD system of our country .This thesis introduces the GPS and GLONASS satellite navigation systems, including the system structure, signal structure of the satellites, and the system of coordinate,etc.. And it analyes the possibility and feasibility of the GPS/GLONASS combined application. On the base of analysing the difference between GPS and GLONASS coordinate, the thesis puts forward one group of coordinate transformation parameters that suit for China. In the end ,this thesis studies the combined positioning algorithm of GNSS. Through the realization and comparison of two types of positioning algorithm which is the largest vector extremity polyhedron volume method and the least square method ,we can choice one algorithm which is more suitable the high dynamic conditions.
