In this thesis, the deformation process of projectile pulling into bore with modeling and transient analysis is mainly studied.The thesis studies the issue of the deformation of projectile into core by forming model in PRO/E, importing ANSYS/DYNA into ANSYS preprocessor which includes setting the material parameters and element type, meshing grid and choosing the contact types, and finally calculating through K file parameter via modifying LS/DYNA. Firstly, the thesis researches the heat distribution and thermal deformation while the projectile is in the firing and simulation device, the heat distribution after temperature rises for a while, and then the thermal deformation when projectile into core friction in the Two-dimensional state. Secondly, the thesis discusses the deformation when projectile is in the Firing state, acceleration equivalent to zero state as well as not to zero state. Finally, the thesis concludes the results of the projectile deformation by calculating and getting the results when changing in the structure of projectile.
