Purpose:we studied SMFs effects on aerobes(Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,Bacillus subtilis),blood viscosity characters in vitro blood and the rest potentials of K562 cells.The mechanism of biological effects induced by SMFs was Preliminary investigated.Methods:1.Iodimetry of dissolved oxygen in Nutrient Agar medium,use of aerobic spectrophotometer OD value,rendering E.coli(Escherichia coli),Staphylococcus aureus(Staphylococcus aureus),Bacillus subtilis(Bacillus subtilis) the growth curve.2.MDK-3200AR used to single-variable automatic flow from the handling of the magnetic field of 16 blood flow indicators.3.By Fluorescent probe law and the use of laser scanning microscope technology further studying the magnetic field on the membrane potential impact.Results:1.After the Nutrient Agar medium exposed to SMFs for 12h,we find that there are no significant changes on PH between the control groups and the experimental groups(Spss 15.0 for windows), However,The Dos of the control groups and the experimental groups show signicant difference,and the DOs of the experimental groups were higher 15%than the control groups,we also find there are great changes of absorbance between the control groups and the experimental groups of aerobes (Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,Bacillus subtilis) cultured from 3h to 9h in logarithmic phase,Absorbance of the experimental groups were higher than the control groups.but after the aerobes(Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,Bacillus subtilis) cultured 11h,there are no difference between them.2.After in vitro blood were exposed to SMFs for 1h,all indicators of male experimental groups were lower than male groups,there are 9 indicators show notable changes,In the female groups,with the exception of HCT,AI.K 4 indicators higher than the female control groups,the remaining 13 indicators were lower than the female control groups,Whichηp,HCT and K three indicators of a significant change(P<0.05),PFC the result of a very significant change(P<0.01),the results also show that the experimental groups of male and female experimental groupsηp,AI,K,TK,ηb-h,ηb-m,ηb-1,RI 8 indicators had no significant difference(P<0.05),the remaining eight blood indexes were significantly different,and the male group Compared with the female group,only HCT,K two flow indicators are extremely variable Significant difference(P<0.01),the remaining 14 indicators of blood flow was not changed significantly. 3.After 12h magnetic treatment of K562 cells,the experimental group within the cell fluorescence intensity compared with the control group increased by SPSS15.0 statistical analysis software,the results are significant differences,in other words,membrane potential of K562 depolarization.Conclusion:we studied the growth change of aerobes(Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,Bacillus subtilis) which cultured in Nutrient Agar medium dealing with SMFs and effects of magnetic field in vitro Hemorheology,Research shows that magnetic field have an impact to internal environment,these results reveal the magnetic field is not necessarily a direct role in biological In DNA,proteins and other biological macromolecules,the biological effects of magnetic fields may be play a role indirectly,previous studies and our research show that the magnetic field can change the dissolved oxygen liquid medium,such as physical and chemical properties,properties change will cause Changes in the internal environment then have a macro on the biological effects of magnetic, mechanism of SMFs provides another more reasonable explanation.From this point of further study will help reveal the biological effects of mechanism of SMFs.
