Live Yeast Cell derivative(LYCD),a kind of protective substance which could increase cellular respiration and wound healing,was produced by living cell response to a controlled injure.LYCD was extensively used in cosmetic and pharmaceutical fields.This study was based on LYCD produced under high temperature stress and ethyl alcohol stress,and discussed the optimum condition to produce LYCD separately observed the yeast cell's change under high temperature stress and the ethyl alcohol stress by microscope.This study has also performed the orthogonal design to the high temperature and the ethyl alcohol stress,and Optimized the condition to produce LYCD,finally analyzed LYCD active constituent with GC/MS.Yeast cell is observed under the optics microscope,that more cell is dyed the blue with elevate of the temperature or strength of alcohol is discovered,this indicates that the temperature and the strength of alcohol surpassing the certain scope will have the toxic action to the yeast cell,then cause cell to early aging and death;And along with the temperature and strength of alcohol's elevation,the toxic action is bigger.This study separately optimized the condition to produce the LYCD under the high temperature and the ethyl alcohol stress,the result indicates that:when the high temperature is 48℃and the function time 40min,activeness of the LYCD produced is highest;Under the ethyl alcohol stress,the optimum condition to produced LYCD is: the strength of alcohol is 8%and the function time is 20min.It also indicates that the different stimulant has the different function time to the yeast to produce the high-activity LYCD.the optimum condition that the yeast produces the high-activity LYCD under the high temperature and the ethyl alcohol combined action is determined,that is the temperature 46℃and the strength of alcohol 4%.The best level in combined action is lower than that of the single factor function;it shows that the mutual influence of high temperature and ethyl alcohol factor intensifies the toxic action to cell.The ingredient in LYCD is analyzed by GC/MS,the results indicates that:there is mainly the heterocyclic ring class,the steroid body class and alkene class and so on in LYCD.Its concrete material need the further research to determine.
