Some prolblems are very commonly in southwest area in china . ,such as adequate rainfall,strong karst role ,fast vertical seepage , difficult surface catchment, water shortage is a important factor to restriction regional Economic Development and the Fragile Ecological Environment in such areas. However, because rich underground water resources in such areas , now more than 3,000 of the underground river be found, total flux 1482m~3/s ,that underground river Exploiture and utilization become a important means to solve status of such areas. After years of research work,construction technique of groundwater reservoir in homogeneous aquifer is gradual perfection, with the first groundwater reservoir was builded in Hebei Province 1975. the small diverse Characteristic of ungroundriver and construction of ungroundriver multiplicity was induced by complexity of landform, geological structure in such areas. The construction technique of groundwater reservoir in special storage waterstructure are now being developed.Karst mountain areas process a typical storage waterstructure in north Guizhou in China, Southeast Chongqing, southwest Hubei Province, south Hunan Province. Strong tectonic uplift and deep-incised valleys result in ground swell-valley karstlandform. Karstwater storage waterstructure has a regular pattern,that develpent in inner of nne folded by tectonic uplift,become the highstation undergroundriver.The paper use condition of karst underground reservoir studying the subject in Daozhen Guizhou Province. In this paper discusses and analysesk reservoir areagical condition by rock mechanics experiments , analysesk and prediction after a reservoir was filled with water,the leakage ,air explosion and submersion condition in reservoir area and dam area by geological survey. Especially, analysesk and prediction stability issue of undergroundreservoir induced by highstation of undergroundriver condition.use BP artificial neural networks model and RBF artificial neural networks model to predicte groundwater resources quantity of Shangba undergroundriver, that a good effect is obtained. Predicte the reservoir capacity and regulation and storage of by Geometrical morphological generalization methods. By study forming Condition of Reservoir of Shangba undergroundreservoir obtain effective development and utilization froms, offer a technological support for construction of Shangba undergroundreservoir. Provide effective development and utilization Approach for such undergroundriver.
