This paper is a survey on the multiclass queueing systems. In recent years the development of multiclass queueing systems can be probably divided into two tributaries, one of which is the classical queueing systems such as Poisson input, exponential,PH or general service. In this realm, the multi-server situation has been developed very good results. There is great breakthrough both in the treatment on the models and the idea.We will be in the first chapter to do more detailed briefing.Another is "new queueing systems".Since the 1990s,MAP arised, the queueing theory has been greatly influenced, and queueing models become more extensive and more closer to the real.Particularly, multiclass queuing systems gain great and extensive development. As the generalizations of MAP,BMAP, MMAP,DMAP and more generally the SM with MAP queueing systems has been extensively studied and great results has been achieved. At the same time, relevant theories also have been developed.Basically matrix analysis methods are used to study such queueing systems. At the same time, the matrix analysis method has been developed. We will in the second chapter to review these.
