As development of nuclear engineering, more precise nuclear data are required. Integral experiment is one of important item as evaluated nuclear data tested by the method. We lack our own integral experiments for evaluated nuclear data, so integral experiment is an good research to fill vacancy in China.~9Be is an important nuclide as multiplier in fusion reactor for high (n,2n) cross section. IAEA also paid attention to the nuclide, it organised relative project and meeting to evaluate ~9Be. CENDL3.0 has the evaluated data of ~9Be without benchmark test.In CIAE, conditions of 14 MeV neutron leakage spectrum measurement were setup at last 5 yeas. As an item of integral experiment, research of neutron leakage spectrum for Be was performed. The main purpose of this article was to introduce how to measure the leakage spectrum of ~9Be blanket sample by time-of-flight method, with T(d,n)a reaction through 600 KV pulse neutron generator in CIAE. Some difficulties in experiment have been overcome, and the preliminary result has been obtained. The measured data were analyzed by detailed Monte-Carlo simulation. The simulated results based on ENDF/B-VI, CENDL-3 and JENDL3.3 libraries were compared with the measured ones. Through these studies, the essential conditions and methods for benchmark experiment have been established.
