The first part of the present paper is the preliminaries.We introduce the problem whichneed to be investigated and its use in our society.In the second part we introduce somedefinitions and signs.In the third part we give the introduction of some theorems related tothe present paper.The main outcomes of the present paper is in the fourth part.There are four smallsegments.The first is the voting process under the condition that there is no more than onecandidate who doesn't join the voting and the result is single-valued;The second is the votingthat there is no more than one candidate who doesn't join the voting and the result is notsingle-valued;The third is that the number of candidates who join the voting is random andthe result is single-valued; The fourth is that the number of candidates who join the voting israndom and the result is not single-valued;In the present paper, we discuss the voting processrather comprehensively.In the fifth part,we refer to the issue whice need to be improved.
