Seafood Safety Management Information Platform Based On Web Gis Research And Design

Based on the web GIS technology, the Aquatic product security management information platform is established according to the system object, production and processing flow and so forth. Take the aquatic products in DouMen District, ZhuHai for example, we systematically study and construct the digitalized aquatic product security management information platform. In terms of the features such as production, processing, transportation and assumption of aquatic products, we collect and analyze the producing standard, operating norm, guideposts, technology of HACCP system application, evaluation, and decision of some main products, product danger estimation data, security expert base, security laws and regulations. We build the essential security surveillance information database. Using the data exploration method, web GIS technology, Com developing technology, network technology, and knowledge model base we build a secure, efficient aquatic product security management information platform.The basic design concept is to divide the system into several modules. The system is developed in the environment with MS Visual.NET, GIS ActiveX and Web GIS. The system is made up of subsystems such as security target management, security evaluation, statistics and analysis. The manipulations include graph display, zoom in/out, roaming, and map edition, graph selection, fast browse etc. Data management/ query and space operation are also provided. In addition, the system includes the aquatic security evaluation and consultation module.The corresponding research and management in our country began relatively late. The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the People's Government respect and support the aquatic informationization at all times. Aquatic product security is a necessary factor which is not only related to the lives and health of the customers, but will deeply affect the social development and stability and the national economy. The research on the key technology and construction of security safeguard system of aquatic product have important practical affection and deep strategic means to accommodate to the new fishery and strategic regulation of rural economic structure, to improve the product competitive power on the international market, and to ensure the sustainable fishery development.
