In decision-information-system,based on the influence of condition-attribute on the whole system decision-making,the paper puts forward one calculational method of importance degree of condition attributes ,which is more appropriate for the decision rules.Combined the system and the importance degree of condition attributes, one method is proposed which turn inconsistent system into consistent system. Consider the decision rules, the elements are classified into four classifications and decision way is proposed for each.In the problems of the evaluation of multi-experts decision making in which attribute values are ordinal, one calculational method of importance degree of condition-attributes is defined, which is more appropriate for the ordinal relationship. In this type of problem in which the state spaces of the attributes are all same and the evidences are highly conflictive ,according to the importance degree of condition attributes and the factor of final decision maker, the paper proposed one method for acquiring the basic probability assignments, meanwhile the effect is proved through an exemple.
