The Jianghuai Plain, located in the margin area of Chinese important climate separatrix—Qinling -Huaihe River and sensitive to global climate and environment changes. This area is also located in the Monsoon triangle Area of china, under the influences of the East Asian monsoon, very important in recording the East Asian monsoon changes. So the jianghuai plain is very profit to study the paleoclimate and paleoenvironment. The climate-variations-pattern since the last Deglaciation is reconstructed on the basis of sedimentological and multi-proxy dates from two well dated cores records. The following is a brief conclusion of study.1.The multi-proxy records from the two cores suggest four stages of climate changes: (1)15.0-12.9ka BPwarm climate with cold flicker,(2) 12.9-11.8 kaBP cold and dry climate dominated during the period ,(3) 11.8—9.6kaBP the climate became wanner (4)9.6-4.0kaBP Megathermal—warm and humid climate.(5)4.0-2.2kaBP cold climate occured in this period (6).The climate seems like the present since 2.2kaBP.2.The multi-proxy records from the Jianghuai plain cores indicate there are severalcold intervals of millennial-scale in Holocene.9.8,8.7,8.2,7.3,6.2,4.5,3.0,1.8kaBP events are obviously.3. Spectral analysis of the multi-proxy records show that significant multi centennial and millennial periodicities are 137 and 508 years. 137 years periodicities was found byanalysing the 10Be record, and the 508 years periodicities is close to the North Atlantic circumfluence.Theses results indicate that climat change in Jianghuai plain is probably mainly driven by solar activity and influence by the ocean.
