From the view of the queuing theory, the most common model for the Call Center was analyzed, and take briefly review some of what has been achieved.The emphasis is a series of call center with impatient, retrials, variable service rate and fault rate of M/M/S/N + M model. Thus utilize the quasi-birth-and-death process to establize the Q martix. And according to the steady-state equation ,we find the steady-state solution.In the course of the discussion, we also give a number of important parameters results, and give a simulation and optimization algorithm design plans which has more practical values. |
