Lu Chuan lai discussed the M/M/1model with impatient customers and M/M/N variable input rate queuing model in the literature [1]. Literature [2],[3],[4],[5] discusses the variable input rate M/M/N queuing model, Literature[2],[7] discussed with impatient customers M/M/N queuing models. The study involved a mixed system of multi-service window M/M/C/N queuing mode si less. This article will examine three types ofM/M/C/N queuing models.Firstly, researched input power function M/M/C/N queuing model, αk means when the Team length is k, the probability of new customers added to the system, this paper studies the power function for the case, thatWhen n=1, C=1, Nâ†'∞, the model is that the literature [1] The M/M/1queuing model, the model transformed into the literature [2] input rate variable M/M/C queuing model when n=1, Nâ†'∞,with longer captain customers to choose the smaller the probability of service, because in real life as consumer attitudes and brand impact, probability decreases slower trend. Power function to reduce the speed of this article than the literature [11] for the exponential function changes slowly, so the ratio of the power function [11] exponential function more practical significanceSecondly, this study impatient customer leaves a function of the intensity of M/M/C/N queuing model, bk means when the Team length is k, the probability of customers do not want to wait any longer in the system and select of leaving. Therefore,the model is integrated with the promotion of these two models.Above three models, this paper all use k equation to obtain the stationarydistribution of the system and queuing indicators, take special values of parameter,get obtained the same results of the literature [1] and [2], on the one hand, this areashows the paper [1] and [2] of this article is to promote,on the other hand is verifythe correctness of the results of this paper on a certain extent,.
