The problems of factors analyse of affecting students' study score and assessing teacher's skill quality are always concerned. Considering the character and trait, this paper uses different statistic models, the author finds the factors of affecting students' study score and the more effective method of assessing teacher's skill quality, and explains and discuss the significance of the results. Including below 3 main points:(1) Contraposing that the "farrago" phenomenon exists in parameter estimation and the dividing of total sum of squares of High-way of unbalanced repeated measures, the author put forward the principle of ratio balanced method, taking the two-way variance analysis for example, theexpression is kij =(nimj)/N, and the accurate proof and deducing are done in the model ofunbalanced repeated measures two-way variance analysis. The problems of parameter estimation and hypothesis test are solved very well.(2) It provides theoretics gist for further application that introducing the parameter estimation and hypothesis and test of analysis of covariance separately.(3) Using the model of the unbalanced repeated measures of three-way variance analysis and the model of analysis of covariance, the factors that influent the score of students study are found and the results are explained; Teaching effect estimations that are got by three methods: analysis of variance, analysis of covariance and mean of the total are compared, and more scientific teaching effect estimation is got. Meanwhile the great advanced and applied worth can be got from the results.
