The seawater desalination is a effective way to produce fresh water. Presently, the type of low-temperature distillation seawater desalination is recognized the most one of prospects approach to solution .The solar energy is a kind of clean, safe, non-pollution of renewable energy. The low-temperature seawater distillation has the advantage of using low grade energy to power water purification system, such as the waste heat and the solar energy etc, and it corrodes the equipment at small scale. This article focus on a new low-temperature seawater distillation energy system mostly, heat transfer element is the abio-heat pipe with high efficiency designed as one of major parts, the single effect low-temperature distillation solar energy seawater desalination system. Consequently design experimental device, the various factors to water yield were analyzed and some improvement steps were presented.Because the xenon lamp radiation spectrum and the solar radiation spectrum are likely at some point, this article uses xenon lamp to simulate solar radiation. Xi'an area intensity of solar radiation has been computed which based on the Xi'an area intensity of solar radiation intensity, the simulation photo-source radiation intensity value has been determined. According to uniformity of gather area radiation intensity, the xenon lamp power, the amount of the lamp as well as installation way have been designed.The new type solar collector heat plate with multi-pores was designed. Insides the distiller it is placed above seawater. The working pressure of distiller is negative pressure. Collector heat plate with multi-pores surface is coated black absorbing coating, it has two kinds of pores whose number is different, and these pores are distributed equality. The small pores pass for the steam, heat pipe is inserted in big pores. The abio-heat pipe with high efficiency made heat pipe. The heat transfer power of heat pipe at radial direction is 44W/m~2, and its axes heats transfer power is 8600 W/m~2, the heat pipe can obtain isothermalheat transfer at the extremely short time. The bottom of heat pipe is immerged in seawater, it can rapidly transmit heat to the seawater, where seawater turns into steam in low-pressure, and then the steam is coagulated to the fresh water in the condenser.
